Cleaning session checklist

We’ve built our reputation on earning our clients’ trust and loyalty.  Our goal is to act as your eyes and ears, identifying and addressing any potential issues on the property before they turn into bigger problems. 

What's included:

  • thorough kitchen cleaning:

    • wiping inside and outside of the microwave, fridge, freezer, and oven.

    • running and emptying the dishwasher.

  • bathroom & toilet sanitising and deep cleaning.

  • laundry washing and bed linen ironing.

  • towel washing, folding, and restocking

  • bin emptying and wiping (inside and out).

  • entrance and outdoor area sweeping.​

  • secure key collection & return.

  • identifying and reporting maintenance issues.

  • promptly helping you address problems before they escalate.

  • general tidying.

  • dusting and wiping all surfaces, including door handles, switches, and sockets (eco-friendly products).

  • vacuuming and mopping floors.

  • bed linen changing and bed making.​

Included in our Cosy Comfort Package:

Bathroom and kitchen supplies restocking (hand soap, toilet rolls, instant coffee, sugar & tea bags, eco-friendly kitchen sponges, dishwashing liquid, bio-degradable bin liners, batteries, light bulbs).
