Cleaning session checklist

Our goal is to act as your eyes and ears, identifying and addressing any potential issues on the property before they turn into bigger problems.

Our routine cleaning session includes:

  • secure key collection & return.

  • identifying and reporting maintenance issues.

  • promptly helping you address problems before they escalate.

  • general tidying.

  • dusting and wiping all surfaces, including door handles, switches, and sockets (eco-friendly products).

  • vacuuming and mopping floors.

  • thorough kitchen cleaning:

    • wiping inside and outside of the microwave, fridge, freezer, and oven.

    • running and emptying the dishwasher.

  • bathroom & toilet sanitising and deep cleaning.

  • bed linen changing and bed making.

  • laundry washing and bed linen ironing.

  • towel washing, folding, and restocking.

  • bathroom and kitchen supplies restocking (hand soap, toilet rolls, instant coffee, sugar & tea bags, eco-friendly kitchen sponges, dishwashing liquid, bio-degradable bin liners, batteries, light bulbs).

  • bin emptying and wiping (inside and out).

  • entrance and outdoor area sweeping.​​
